How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
We provide you with a tracking number after your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive an email notification, which includes the tracking number. If by any chance you can't locate your tracking number, please check your spam folder first, and if you are unable to locate the email please contact us at info@neocitygarden.com
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Please allow up to 3 days for your order to processed, and an additional 3 days to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 5-10 business days. For International orders.

How Do I Return An Item?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@neocitygarden.com within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions.
Will Shipping Be Covered For My Returns?
Returns are covered completely by our side if proof is provided that the product is defected or does not match its description.
What If The Item(s) I Received Are Defective/Incorrect/Damaged?
Please contact us at info@neocitygarden.com within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How to Preserve your Gold-Plated Piece?
1. Your gold-plated jewelry piece must not be sprayed with perfume/sprays or come in contact with cream/lotion
Tip: Perform these tasks before putting on the jewelry.
2. Sweat can cause your gold-plated jewelry to tarnish.
Tip: Remove your jewelry items when swimming or exercising.
3. You can restore the shine to the gold-plated jewelry by rubbing its surface with a soft jewelry cloth.
4. Your gold-plated jewelry should be wiped down with a damp cotton ball or microfiber cloth after every wearing to remove smudges and surface soil. A more thorough cleaning should be done after exposure to chlorine, alcohol, acids, and sulfur compounds that cause the base metals to tarnish.
